15 minutes drive to the airport, it is located to the port area which was lovely.

It was fairly clean place, staff were very very nice, and I thoroughly enjoyed my attractively furnished room. My room included a safe, TV, and a refrigerator. The services were helpful. The hotel had a favourable location not too far from At One.

Fairly clean hotel in a new building just off the port area and Shin Kobe and Sannomiya and city centre, transportation, and shops. Clean room and nice view. Nice decoration in the rooms, marvellous and absolutely perfect location. Fairly nice experience there.

Reasonably large & recently renovated room with climate control, a personal safe and pay TV. Pleasant view, great service, large beds. Particularly good and favourable location, minute walk from At One. Friendly and extremely friendly staff of the hotel.

Would definitely go again and would recomand it. The a single room is newly renovated, we also appreciated pleasant views. The hotel provides a helpful service. Need to add that free Wi-Fi worked in the rooms...

A lot of goodies for breakfast. Excellent and good location for our visit to Kobe Chinatown relatively near the hotel.

the location was perfect - nestled in a quiet area, yet still within walking distance to both the train station and bus stop. Secondly, the attention to detail was impressive. From the fluffy towels to the well-equipped room, this hotel had everything I needed for a comfortable stay. Lastly, the breakfast at Matsuya was both cheap and delicious, providing a great start to my day.

This hotel is excellent value for money. For the price, you get a spacious room with all the necessary equipment. The location is also very convenient, within walking distance to both Shin-kobe station and Sannomiya station. There are plenty of restaurants nearby and shops right next door and across the street.
